The staff were excellent! They were very friendly and helpful! The hotel is nice and well kept. Steak tacos at the restaurant were delicious, and again the wait staff were friendly and attentive.

Nice hotel. We stayed for 1 night due to a mess up with flights we were unable to make it to our destination so we had to book here last minute and we arrived about 1am. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The location, across the street from the airport. The room is large and the bed very comfortable. Fast WIFI for work. Staff at reception very friendly. Great place for a night before catching a flight.

The hotel breakfast offered a lot of options, from waffles to make-your-own chilaquiles. They even had almond milk for the coffee! You can also walk to the hotel from the airport, which is amazing. No need to wait for the free shuttle (unless you have a ton of luggage). The gym and pool both looked really nice, but I didn't have a chance to check them out.

Near hotel ... although you should make it clear that it really is near Terminal 2 . We got off at Terminal 4 and that is very far Rooms are comfortable and facilities are functional

Friendly staff. Good soundproofing, quality furniture, and flooring. Beautiful mirror with lighting in the bathroom. Great and clean pool, which is regularly maintained, with towels and loungers available. Beautiful locations - the gym windows overlook the pool. Breakfast is decent: plenty of pastries, scrambled eggs, regular and decaf coffee, vegetables, orange juice, and you can make waffles. Close to the airport, within walking distance to Terminal 2.

We chose this place to spend a night before heading further to Merida the next day. Everything was amazing and really comfortable. I appreciate the floor in the shower. Usually, the flooring is very slippery in most of the hotels I've been staying in, but here it was rough and not slippery. It seems like a minor thing, but I appreciated it immensely. Staff was very helpful and kind. The food (we had breakfast buffet, and also lunch in the restaurant) is a good transition from European food to Mexican.
